Michelle has spent the last 3.5 years at Razorfish growing the Eli Lilly Social Media business as Creative Director across multiple brands and workstreams. She’s spearheaded new business pitches, launched new products, shored up productions from start to publish, and strengthened client trust and excitement along the way. Michelle has experience managing teams of creatives, collaborating across diciplines, budgeting and business planning— all while fostering a culture of work-life-balance and a people-first philosophy .

Michelle has strong background in creative copywriting and a proven history of social media, digital and TV campaign successes. When brands need agile thinking, storytelling and breakthrough ideas, Michelle is always a top-requested creative leader. Her work has been awarded and featured in a multitude of online and print outlets such as; Cannes, AdWeek, Shorties— as well as recognized by Time Magazine. Some of the past brands she’s lent her voice to include; Red Bull, Adidas, Nike, Netflix, Warner Bros, PlayStation, Lexus, Acura, LG, and PURELL.

When she's not writing, developing content, or cultivating copy for digital experiences, she's most likely consuming podcasts about FIRE, designing boho party invitations, and devouring every kids film imaginable. Michelle is constantly perusing blogs, and hunting down bizarre profiles on instagram in the hopes of finding inspiration for the next great idea— all fueled by green smoothies and beyond meat burgers.

Her passions include riding and training her two horses, learning how to flip houses, and being a #bossmom.

Go all the way — Charles Bukowski
If you’re going to try, go all the way.
Otherwise, don’t even start.
If you’re going to try, go all the way.
This could mean losing girlfriends, wives,
relatives, jobs and maybe even your mind.
It could mean not eating for three or four days.
It could mean freezing on a park bench.
It could mean jail.
It could mean derision, mockery, isolation.
Isolation is the gift.
All the others are a test of your endurance,
of how much you really want to do it.
And, you’ll do it, despite rejection and the worst odds.
And it will be better than anything else you can imagine.
If you’re going to try, go all the way.
There is no other feeling like that.
You will be alone with the gods, and the nights will flame with fire.
DO IT. DO IT. DO IT. All the way
You will ride life straight to perfect laughter.
It’s the only good fight there is.
